This week is all about Pastas and Pizzas and today, Iam going to share a very healthy Pasta recipe which uses just a drizzle of oil and can be made in a jiffy. Perfect for busy weekdays. With just easily available ingredients at your pantry, you can make this healthy Pasta loaded with veggies which is loved by kids too. This Pasta is flavored with mild spice and herbs and even without the addition of cheese, it tastes great. Give it a try and you will know what I mean!

Theme - Pizzas and Pastas
Preparation time - 10mins
Cooking time - 20mins
Serves - 4
Ingredients:
Fusilli, preferably whole grain - 2cups (or any type of Pasta)
White Button Mushroom - 2cups, sliced thinly
Spinach/Palak - 2cups,packed, chopped roughly
Olive oil - 1tsp
Garlic - 1clove, finely chopped
Red Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Fresh Basil - few (or use dried herb of your choice)
Salt - As needed
Method:-
1. Cook the Fusilli pasta according to package instructions until Al-dente. Drain and set it aside.
2. Meanwhile, heal oil in a pan, add garlic and chilli and saute until it browns and turns aromatic.
3. Now, add mushroom slices and salt and saute for 7-8mins until the mushrooms are browned.
4. Add the Spinach and saute for another 5mins until it wilts. DO NOT overcook the Spinach as it loses its colour. Just 4-5mins will do.
5. Toss in the cooked Pasta, fresh Basil or any other herb of your choice, give it a quick stir and remove off the heat.
Serve hot for a hearty meal which is low in calorie and filled with nutrition.
Quick and very easy pasta, lovely to finish that plate rite now.
