Cooking time - 20mins

Fusilli, preferably whole grain - 2cups (or any type of Pasta)
White Button Mushroom - 2cups, sliced thinly
Spinach/Palak - 2cups,packed, chopped roughly
Olive oil - 1tsp
Garlic - 1clove, finely chopped
Red Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Fresh Basil - few (or use dried herb of your choice)

1.  Cook the Fusilli pasta according to package instructions until Al-dente. Drain and set it aside.

2.  Meanwhile, heal oil in a pan, add garlic and chilli and saute until it browns and turns aromatic.

3.  Now, add mushroom slices and salt and saute for 7-8mins until the mushrooms are browned.

4.  Add the Spinach and saute for another 5mins until it wilts. DO NOT overcook the Spinach as it loses its colour. Just 4-5mins will do.

5.  Toss in the cooked Pasta, fresh Basil or any other herb of your choice, give it a quick stir and remove off the heat.

Serve hot for a hearty meal which is low in calorie and filled with nutrition.
