Fruit and veggie Smoothies are a great way to nourish the body with all natural goodness and essential nutrients. Making a good Smoothie every morning has become a part of our food habit and I feel this is the best expenditure of time and money one would make. Combining fruits and veggies into a juice is also my favourite, especially I love this healthy Apple-Orange-Beet juice. More than juices, Smoothies give you more plenty of fiber and nutrients and they make up for a complete breakfast and help you tide through the day. Yoghurt is one of the best Smoothie base which will double up the joy for my kids. So, I prefered to combine Yoghurt with Strawberry. Cool of with one of the delicious fruit Smoothies which will be up in the coming days!

Theme - Sizzling Smoothies
Preparation time - 10mins
Yields - 2 tall glasses
Ingredients:-
Strawberries - 1cup, washed and hulled
Yoghurt / Curd - 1cup
Sugar - 2-3tblsp
Water - 1/2 to 1cup
Ice cubes - Few
Method:-
Reserve few berries for garnish. In a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Serve this fresh and yummy Smoothie for a power-packed healthy start of the day!
