Ever since I had a bite of this cookie at Starbucks, its taste and texture got me simply addicted and I was looking out for a perfect Eggless recipe version so that I could enjoy this anytime with my family (did I say my family has a sweet tooth too!)without costing a fortune. When I saw the recipe at Nags' space, I adapted it slightly and tried it. I have made atleast 10 batches now and each time they turned out absolutely incredible and only got me more and more appreciations from my family,friends and especially their kids. Though I had done with Chocolate chips here, I prefer using Chocolate chunks which offers a richer taste with every bite.
