For long, 'Oatmeal raisin cookies' is in my Bucket list. Especially when you know that Oats is a superfood loaded with lots and lots of nutrients and fiber, as a mom, you would definitely want to include it in their daily diet. As Oats is found to have the highest satiety value, giving a feeling of fullness for longer, this cookie has to be a good choice for their mid-day snack. But, this time, I wanted to figure out the healthiest possible version with less sugar, whole wheat flour and little butter. It was'nt too crunchy, more on the chewy side,yet tasted absolutely delicious.
